“High Intensity Training”

Looking for a fast-paced, enjoyable, energetic workout routine that will improve the morale of employees and bring them closer together as a team?  If you answered a resounding YES, then ProBody has the solution. 

With our In-house Corporate classes we bring the ProBody expertise to your door.  ProBody will set-up a professional, functional athletic circuit within a designated area of your office that can accommodate as many participants as your venue can hold. Each ProBody trainer will come with their own equipment and set up a six- station training circuit made up of a combination of exercises, all focusing on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Resistance Training (resistance bands & weights) and Functional Movements (specialized movements used my pro athletes). Class participants will go through each of the training circuits in one class.

This class is suited for everyone. We alter workouts based on your goals. Everyone is welcome. 

No, at ProBody we have all the required equipment in the studio you’ll need! We recommend you bring a water bottle and a towel. 

Probody operates on a monthly membership where you book your classes in advance for the month. 

We designed our payment system with you in mind, where the more classes you take per month the cheaper each class gets. 

This class is suitable for all ages. Whether you are an ambitious youngster or someone who is a working professional, we offer unique workouts for each individual. 

Like any investment the more effort your able to put into your ambitions the faster the changes your looking for will happen.

We highly recommend taking at least 2 classes a week so that you can really attack your goals and stay motivated by not only the changes you can see but also the changes you can feel.
