Our personalized, one-on-one training sessions are split into four different workout sessions across four days (Day 1: Volcano, Day 2: Avalanche, Day 3: Tsunami, Day 4: Earthquake).
On each of these workout days, your routine is tailored around one main exercise. For example, on Avalanche day, your main exercise will be performed using battle ropes while the rest of the training session will be tailored to your personal fitness needs and goals.

We highly recommend taking at least 2 classes a week so that you can really attack your goals and stay motivated by not only the changes you can see but also the changes you can feel.
