Looking for a class within Luxembourg to help you burn calories, build leaner muscle mass and connect with other professionals who share your healthy lifestyle goals? If so, the Probody Sweatwork classic is ideal for you!

Our patented Sweatwork sessions will take participants through our athletic circuit. A combination of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Resistance Training (resistance bands & weights) and Functional Training (specialized movements used by pro athletes today) routines, all mixed into one powerful workout session. 

Each class is composed of five to six specific exercise stations with each station performed for one full minute. After completing an entire round through all six stations, participants complete two to three exercises focusing on core muscle development (abdominals, hips and lower back).  This powerful routine will not only strengthen your athletic performance and endurance, it will reveal that sought-after toned core, improve overall posture and help guard against future injury. Regardless of your current fitness level, each station has three alternatives ranging from Beginner to Advanced movements. This staged approach enables anyone to start building themselves up towards the next level.

The Probody system has big differences against other workout routines. The biggest single difference is that Probody participants perform the same movements and exercises currently used to train professional athletes playing at the highest levels within North American sports (NCAA, NBA, NFL, etc). The Probody system will help you build muscle and enhance your health and appearance, all while being part of our growing Networking Ecosystem that is specifically designed to bring working professionals together in one place, at one time, with one mission.

This class is suited for everyone. We alter workouts based on your goals. Everyone is welcome. 

No, at ProBody we have all the required equipment in the studio you’ll need! We recommend you bring a water bottle and a towel. 

Probody operates on a monthly membership where you book your classes in advance for the month. 

We designed our payment system with you in mind, where the more classes you take per month the cheaper each class gets. 

This class is suitable for all ages. Whether you are an ambitious youngster or someone who is a working professional, we offer unique workouts for each individual.  

Like any investment the more effort your able to put into your ambitions the faster the changes your looking for will happen.

We highly recommend taking at least 2 classes a week so that you can really attack your goals and stay motivated by not only the changes you can see but also the changes you can feel.
